culturally diverse cities in the country. To
celebrate this Kaleidoscope Arts are hosting the Cosmopolitan
Carnival, a free event to bring the city centre
alive with every imaginable art form, showcasing Leicester ’s vibrant cultural mix, breaking down racial barriers
and promoting cultural understanding.
